I spent over a decade inside healthcare organizations before I started building one of my own. As a former Executive Director for a provider group, I saw firsthand how much revenue organizations lose — not because of clinical failures, but because of how they manage their payer relationships.
That experience led me to found Aroris Health, a company focused on payer contract negotiation and strategy. We help provider groups understand what they have agreed to, what they should be getting, and how to close the gap.
Beyond Aroris, I share what I learn openly. Healthcare is full of smart people working in silos. I believe that practical ideas, shared honestly, make everyone better.
When I am not deep in a healthcare problem, I am chasing around two kids or talking through life with my wife over a cup of coffee that is probably getting cold. Real conversations with real people are what I am here for — let's have one.
